Makers of stories—big or small, individual, organisational or collective—are now more often than not taking to the internet and digital media to tell an entire story, perhaps even across media platforms (transmedia).
Story-telling in the digital age is exciting. Digital means a more flexible way of telling stories: less linear and more interactive and a more global reach. This is opening up opportunities for almost everyone with media-rich presence on the internet. Interactive—non-linear—films in an immersive Web environment are clearly making their mark on the media scene.
